The Guided Reset

What the Guided Reset Involves

Rooted Reset was created to offer space away from the noise, pressure and constant stimulation of modern life. Surrounded by nature, our guided reset sessions invite you to slow down, reconnect with your body and return to a calmer, more present state. The intention is not to escape everyday life, but to give you practical experiences and tools that help you meet it with greater awareness, energy and resilience.

Throughout the sessions, we use breathwork to consciously regulate the body and nervous system. Different breathing practices can help us relax and settle our state, or awaken and energise the body while supporting the delivery of oxygen to our cells. By learning to work with the breath, we begin to recognise that we can actively influence how we feel rather than simply reacting to the demands around us.

Bodyweight movement is used to loosen the body, build strength and release mood-enhancing endorphins. Meditation helps quieten the analytical, constantly thinking mind, allowing us to become more present and reconnect with ourselves and the natural environment. These practices are kept accessible and adaptable, so the focus is not on performance but on awareness, movement and how the experience feels.

Cold-water therapy provides an opportunity to step beyond the comfort zone in a safe and intentional way. By meeting discomfort with calm breathing and conscious presence, we begin to build confidence, resilience and trust in our own ability to remain steady when things feel challenging.

Guests will also leave with practical tools and supporting written resources to continue using at home. A take-away book and guidance documents will bring together the breathing techniques, meditations and practices explored during the reset, helping guests carry what they have learned into everyday life.

Together, these experiences form a grounded reset—helping you feel clearer, calmer, more capable and more connected, both during your stay and long after you leave.
